Fruits, most fruits like bananas heal your cuts and bruise also they help you stay healthy and most fruits are a yummy treat apples, bananas, mangos, strawberry are all great! treats that are not bad for your health and they all have some sort of vitamin there is vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin D. Vegetables, Vegetables are a good food some kids don’t like vegetables by their self so their parents mix them up like broccoli and mac-and-cheese and that is how SOME parents make there kids eat the food. Other kids like me love to eat vegetables by there self but sometimes my mom makes some broccoli and mac-and-cheese I, also like that vegetables give you better vision and are just really healthy. Grains, grains are in things like bread and flour so grains give you energy they help alot when you are sleepy they are in a lot of food and are really good for you. Dairy, dairy is all from milk milk is from cows. The milk make butter, yogurt, ice cream, and cream. milk makes your teeth strong and your bones. Milk is good for you thanks you cows for giving us are milk. Protein, protein is from animal meat and also nuts lots of meat have protein but some people don’t want to eat animals so how do they get protein? By protein shakes, nuts at that all so if you do or don’t like to eat animals then you can still get protein. Getting sick? Well if you are then you need to eat lots and lots of fruits fruits have vitamin C D and A if you are sick you can eat fruits and feel better
